    President’s Message

    Greetings and Welcome!

As a new member of HRMA – WNE, you’ve made a great decision! On behalf of our Board of Directors and our membership group, we welcome you to the chapter and look forward to seeing you at our upcoming events for the new 2016-2017 season.

This year, we are focused on bringing you the most up-to-date information and programming on the HOT issues that impact you and your organization. From legal updates to employee retention and engagement, we continually survey our members and work to bring in programs and speakers that offer immediate solutions to some of our most critical issues. Our Board and Committees are comprised of an all-volunteer group of members committed to not only education but also providing valuable connections and networking opportunities to other members and guest speakers who can assist us in our roles. Of course, we also provide you with the opportunity to earn both SHRM and HRCI credits to maintain your certifications through our pre-approved programs.

I look forward to seeing you at our events this season and would be happy to answer any questions that you may have about the chapter or your membership with us! As you’ll soon see, there are many opportunities to get involved and we hope that you’ll consider joining a Committee in the future.

Thank you again for joining HRMA – WNE! We appreciate your membership!

    Allison
